1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RankSpheres website and, where applicable, your engagement with RankSpheres for professional digital services.
RankSpheres is a Pakistan-based digital growth business providing services including search engine optimization (SEO), technical SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), content and copywriting, website design and development, social media and brand support, marketplace optimization, digital strategy, and related consulting services.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, accepting a proposal, approving a quotation, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging RankSpheres for services, you agree to the terms that apply to that interaction.
Where a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, contract, or written agreement has been accepted by both parties, that agreement will apply to the relevant project. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific written project agreement, the specific project agreement will take precedence for that project.
2. Use of This Website
You may use the RankSpheres website for lawful business, informational, and communication purposes.
You must not use this website to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Introduce malicious code, malware, automated attacks, or harmful software
- Interfere with the availability, security, or performance of the website
- Misrepresent your identity or business relationship
- Copy or commercially exploit protected RankSpheres content without permission
- Use automated systems to excessively scrape or disrupt the website
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect RankSpheres, our systems, our users, or our clients.
3. Service Inquiries and Proposals
Information displayed on this website describes the types of services RankSpheres may provide. Website content does not automatically create a service contract or guarantee that RankSpheres will accept a particular project.
Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment terms, revisions, responsibilities, and other project-specific conditions may be defined separately in a proposal, quotation, invoice, email, statement of work, or other written agreement.
A project will generally begin only after the required scope, commercial terms, and any required initial payment have been agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
To allow RankSpheres to perform services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, necessary materials, and appropriate access to relevant systems.
Depending on the project, client responsibilities may include:
- Providing accurate business and project information
- Supplying logos, images, product information, brand assets, or content
- Providing access to websites, hosting, analytics, marketplaces, or other platforms
- Reviewing and approving work within reasonable timeframes
- Confirming the accuracy of claims, prices, products, services, and business information
- Obtaining rights or permissions for materials supplied to RankSpheres
- Maintaining appropriate backups of important systems and business data
- Paying agreed invoices when due
RankSpheres is not responsible for delays or additional work caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or inaccurate materials supplied by the client.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for RankSpheres services may vary based on scope, complexity, required resources, project duration, and other relevant factors.
The applicable price and payment schedule will normally be stated in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Where an advance payment, deposit, milestone payment, or recurring fee is required, work may be scheduled or continued only after the required payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for any taxes, transfer charges, payment processing fees, banking fees, or similar charges that are expressly assigned to them under the agreed commercial terms.
RankSpheres may pause work on overdue accounts until outstanding payments are resolved.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the type of service and stage of the project.
Any project-specific cancellation, deposit, or refund terms stated in an accepted proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement will apply to that project.
Fees relating to work already completed, time already spent, resources already committed, approved third-party expenses, or completed milestones may not be refundable.
Where a project is cancelled before completion, RankSpheres may provide completed deliverables corresponding to amounts already paid where practical and consistent with the project agreement.
7. Project Timelines
Any project timeline provided by RankSpheres is based on the information available at the time the estimate is made.
Timelines may change because of client feedback, scope changes, third-party delays, platform issues, technical complications, unavailable access, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, estimated completion dates should not be treated as guaranteed deadlines.
8. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number and type of revisions included in a service may be stated in the relevant proposal or project agreement.
Requests that materially change the approved scope, strategy, deliverables, functionality, platform, design direction, or project requirements may be treated as additional work.
RankSpheres may provide a revised quotation, additional fee, or updated timeline before carrying out substantial work outside the agreed scope.
9. Client Accounts and Access
Some services may require access to client websites, hosting accounts, content management systems, analytics platforms, search tools, marketplaces, social media accounts, advertising systems, or other third-party services.
Clients remain responsible for ownership and control of their accounts. Where possible, clients should provide delegated, role-based, or temporary access instead of sharing primary account credentials.
RankSpheres will use client access only for legitimate project-related purposes within the agreed scope.
Clients should revoke access when it is no longer required after a project or service relationship ends.
10. SEO, GEO and Search Performance
RankSpheres applies professional methods intended to improve website quality, search visibility, technical performance, content relevance, and discoverability.
However, search engines, AI-powered discovery systems, marketplaces, social platforms, and other third-party platforms operate using systems and algorithms that RankSpheres does not control.
For this reason, RankSpheres does not guarantee:
- A specific search engine ranking
- A number-one ranking for a particular keyword
- Permanent ranking positions
- A specific amount of organic traffic
- Inclusion or citation by an AI-powered platform
- A specific number of leads, inquiries, or sales
- Immediate indexing by search engines
- Protection from future algorithm or platform changes
Search and digital performance can be affected by competition, market conditions, website history, technical limitations, client actions, algorithm updates, platform policies, and many other external factors.
11. Website Design and Development
Website projects are developed according to the scope and requirements agreed with the client.
RankSpheres may test websites across commonly used modern browsers, devices, and screen sizes, but cannot guarantee identical appearance or functionality across every browser, operating system, device, extension, accessibility configuration, or future software version.
Unless ongoing maintenance has been agreed, the client is responsible for maintaining the website, software, hosting, plugins, integrations, licenses, backups, and security after final handover.
12. Content and Client Claims
RankSpheres may research, write, edit, optimize, or structure content based on information provided by the client and information available from appropriate sources.
Clients remain responsible for confirming the accuracy and legality of statements concerning their own products, services, qualifications, certifications, prices, warranties, performance claims, regulatory claims, and other business-specific information before publication.
RankSpheres may decline requests to publish content that appears misleading, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with applicable platform rules.
13. Marketplace and Social Platform Services
Marketplace, social media, advertising, and other platform-based services depend on third-party platforms that maintain their own rules, algorithms, technical systems, moderation procedures, and eligibility requirements.
RankSpheres cannot guarantee continued account availability, listing approval, content approval, advertising approval, reach, impressions, sales, ranking positions, or uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
Clients remain responsible for complying with the applicable platform's policies and for ensuring that their products, services, and claims are lawful and permitted.
14. Third-Party Services and Costs
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, software, APIs, analytics platforms, marketplaces, fonts, payment processors, stock assets, advertising platforms, or other external tools.
Unless specifically included in a RankSpheres quotation, third-party subscriptions, licenses, advertising spend, hosting fees, domain fees, transaction fees, and similar costs are the client's responsibility.
RankSpheres does not control third-party services and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, account restrictions, discontinued functionality, security incidents, or other actions taken by those providers.
15. Intellectual Property
RankSpheres Materials
The RankSpheres name, branding, website design, original website content, methods, internal processes, templates, systems, reusable components, know-how, and other materials owned by RankSpheres remain the property of RankSpheres unless expressly transferred in writing.
Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to RankSpheres, including their trademarks, logos, business information, product information, photographs, and existing content.
By supplying materials to RankSpheres, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions for those materials to be used for the agreed project.
Final Deliverables
Ownership or usage rights for final project deliverables will be determined by the relevant proposal or written agreement.
Unless agreed otherwise, rights to client-specific final deliverables intended for transfer are provided after all amounts due for those deliverables have been paid.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, libraries, stock media, tools, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and are not transferred beyond the rights permitted by those licenses.
16. Portfolio and Case Studies
RankSpheres may request permission to feature completed work, project outcomes, screenshots, or other non-confidential project information in our portfolio, website, proposals, or case studies.
Confidential information, private account data, unpublished business information, or sensitive project information will not intentionally be published as portfolio material without appropriate permission.
17. Confidentiality
RankSpheres may receive confidential business information during the course of a project.
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only where reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services, operate the project, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate rights.
Information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law may not be treated as confidential in the same manner.
18. Website Content and Information
RankSpheres aims to keep the information on this website useful and reasonably accurate. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
Articles, guides, case studies, service descriptions, and other website materials should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice outside RankSpheres' stated service scope.
19. No Guaranteed Business Results
Digital services can support business growth, visibility, marketing, user experience, and operational performance, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside RankSpheres' control.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, RankSpheres does not guarantee any particular amount of revenue, profit, leads, conversions, traffic, rankings, followers, marketplace sales, or other commercial result.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankSpheres will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of this website or from services provided by RankSpheres.
This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue, reputation, data, anticipated savings, rankings, traffic, or platform access where such losses result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.
21. Service Suspension or Termination
RankSpheres may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Required payments remain overdue
- The client materially breaches an agreed project condition
- The requested activity appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful
- The client repeatedly prevents the agreed work from being performed
- Continuing the engagement would create unreasonable legal, security, or reputational risk
Clients may also terminate a project subject to the cancellation and payment conditions applicable to that project.
22. Events Outside Reasonable Control
RankSpheres will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control.
These may include internet or infrastructure outages, natural disasters, government action, platform outages, cyber incidents, third-party service failures, widespread technical disruptions, emergencies, or other comparable circumstances.
23. Changes to Services and Website
RankSpheres may update, modify, add, or discontinue website content, service descriptions, packages, processes, tools, or features as the business develops.
Changes to general website information do not automatically modify an already accepted project agreement unless the parties separately agree to that change.
24. Changes to These Terms
RankSpheres may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business operations, website, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published means that the current version will apply to your subsequent use of the website.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, except where another governing law has been expressly agreed in a separate written contract or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through reasonable good-faith communication may be submitted to a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
