Harmain Global

Digital presence work for a Pakistani agricultural and herbal exporter, covering website structure, content, structured data and marketplace support.

Business problem

A 40-year export business needed a digital presence that matched its real scale

Harmain Global has operated out of Hyderabad, Sindh since 1985, exporting over 40 product lines — herbs and botanicals, spices, natural seeds, rice varieties and a branded wellness line — to buyers across 28+ countries, moving more than 5,000 tons of product a year. The existing site didn't reflect any of that: no clear category structure for buyers scanning dozens of SKUs, no structured data for search engines, and no dedicated content explaining certifications, shipping terms or order process before a buyer made contact.

Scope delivered

RankSpheres founder Aseel Khan's role, from late March 2025: marketing officer and digital marketing specialist — SEO, web design, website management and LinkedIn management. The Shopify store (see related work) was a separate project completed in August 2026, after the search results shown here.

Process

How the project was approached

Architecture

Grouped 40+ product lines into five real export categories — herbs & botanicals, spices, seeds, rice varieties and branded wellness — so buyers and search engines could both navigate the catalog.

Content

Wrote B2B-facing content explaining certifications, shipping terms and the inquiry process — the specific information an international buyer checks before contacting an exporter.

Technical SEO

Added crawlable category and product structure, metadata and Organization/Product schema so the catalog could be indexed and understood correctly.

Launch support

Prepared marketplace-ready copy and listings for selected branded products.

The catalog itself

40+ product lines, organized by what buyers actually search for

The five categories aren't abstract labels — they hold real, named product lines: rice varieties including 1121 Basmati, Super Kernel, IRRI and PK-386; herbs and botanicals such as ephedra, licorice root and dried rose; natural seeds including black seed and sesame seed; spices such as dry red chilli and gum benjamin; and the branded wellness line — shilajit, rose water, miswak and pink salt — that later became its own Shopify store (see related work below). Each line needed its own page rather than a shared catch-all description, since a buyer searching for "1121 Basmati exporter Pakistan" and one searching for "shilajit wholesale supplier" are looking for completely different proof points.

What buyers needed to see

Exporting at this scale comes with its own checklist

A buyer sourcing from a supplier moving 5,000+ tons a year doesn't make contact on faith. Before a single inquiry email, they want to know what certifications an exporter holds, what shipping terms they work under, what the minimum order is, and whether private label is possible. That content didn't exist on the site before this project.

Certifications

Halal, phytosanitary, GMP, ISO and FDA — stated clearly rather than left for a buyer to ask about.

Shipping terms

FOB, CIF and CNF options, with sea freight from Karachi/Port Qasim and air freight available, explained in buyer-facing language.

Order process

Minimum order varies by product, season and grade — set out plainly instead of buried behind a quote request.

Private label

OEM and custom packing offered as a stated service, not something a buyer has to think to ask for.
